RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY – SAINTS IN LA

ALL SALES ARE FINAL  
We do not offer refunds or returns for any items purchased.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT  
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be free of any stains, odors, or damage
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

NON-ELIGIBLE ITEMS  
The following items are not eligible for exchange or store credit:
- Sale or discounted items  
- Accessories (including hats, socks, etc.)  
- Custom or made-to-order items  

EXCHANGE PROCESS  
To request an exchange or store credit, please contact us at [your email here] with your order number and request. Once approved:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable

After we receive and inspect your item, we will issue:
- An exchange (based on product availability), or  
- A store credit in the form of a digital code

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS  
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos. We will make it right.

IMPORTANT NOTES  
- We reserve the right to deny any exchange that does not meet our policy requirements  
- Processing time for exchanges/store credit is typically 5–7 business days after receiving your item
